So the other night I was feeling low and my friend sent me a lovely video on tiktok of a page from the anger book and it made me want to have a look who posted it. I watched a few videos and I just had to buy the books.!So for me I’ve never really been a big speaker I can’t always say stuff out loud because I hate judgement and I don’t need it. Growing up I was never asked how I was or how things made me feel so both these books will really help me. I like to pop my headphones in and write.So thank you. I feel These books were made for me and I know they’ll help massively ❤️

its amazing, very therapeutic and when u rip the pages out, the crunch of the page is so staisfying, its like everything about the book is intended to make you feel good. im getting these in order, once i fill the anger book im moving onto the sadness book then giving. this book is great and i love it!
