MINISFORUM NPB7 Mini PC 32GB RAM 512GB SSD with Intel Core i7-13700H,14 cores 20 Threads,2 x HDMI Ports & 2X USB4 Port (8K@60Hz), 1 x USB Type-C, 4 x USB Type A, 2 x 2.5 G RJ45 LAN

I bought this on 24/10 and was elated with it at first as it was far more powerful than my old PC. Within two weeks, however, it would not always connect to my TV by the HDMI so I had to swap ports until one of them gave me an image. A few weeks after that when I powered on at the wall the computer would often already be on as if the power button was stuck. It is not. Today, not even two months later the PC starts up but once I've typed in my PIN it turns itself off. I reccommended this PC to everyone and now I've got to go back to all the positive reviews I gave and take it all back. Unfortunately I have to give it at least one star but believe me it is not worth it.I will update this review after I have been in touch with Minisforum to advise on their customer service. I'm just hoping they don't use their own computers to power their call centre.

this just doesnt run fast at all. i got it because I thought it would be a tiny little powerhouse. Fast start up with lots of browser tabs not causing a problem — this is not true. It is just the same startup time and also everything just slows down and heats up with lots of tabs and windows. Shame :(
