Used them to lock up my outdoor outlet that had my Ring camera connected to it. Works great and feel very durable. Used a pretty thick lock as well so it definitely fits bigger locks if that’s the function you’re looking for.

Works so far. These seem pretty functional, haven't had any issues yet, haven't stress tested them.Good for light locking where security is really a matter of "this doesn't open by iteself".

I recently moved into a basement studio apartment as a **room-mate**. The laundry/utility room is accessible through my room and my room's security is an *unlocked* rolling barn door. I picked up a right-angle latch and Master lock to secure the room, but it was difficult to lock from the outside because of the angle and proximity to ground (image), so I grabbed this cable set as a device to lock up more easily. Sure. You can cut it easily, but it is short-time security, and folks need a key to get in - barring **breaking in**. So, if my door is breached? Barring forced entry into the house itself? I figure *res ipsa loquitur* - it would have been an inside job. The cable is ideal for short-time locking of suitcases, briefcases, etc. - especially when traveling. It suits my use because I am not too ostentatious about lock-up security, but I did want that extra quick short-time lock. This cable is suitable for such short-time needs.

On first use, our son jiggled the cable and the wire came undone. So much for locking up the electronics 🙃. Hopefully the other 2 cables in the pack work!

Used this, along with a carabiner, to secure a food bucket inside a dog kennel. Lasted about 24hrs before the cable was pulled out of the swage due to pushing of the bucket.Would not recommend if the intention is to maintain a weighted pressure load.
