My first carbon steel wok after years of seasoning or trying not to choke on peeling anti-stick coatings! Wish I'd tried one years ago as it's brilliant. Egg Foo Yung and rice noodles don't stick to it, and so far it's handled everything from seared chicken thighs to ginger & spring onion sauce. Feels great quality and no fears it won't last for many years. Flat bottom is wide and ideal for electric hobs that I'm cursed to use - my best wok ever!

Have to mimic other poor reviews here. I was so impressed initially - with the look, weight and quality but after a few uses it begins to scratch and stick, then it begins to rust - this is after coating it with oil after rinsing after use as well.I'm someone who knows how to look after a wok (had a perfect carbon steel one for years before an idiot friend boiled pasta in it) and this is a waste of money.

Arrived beautifully and very securely packaged. The way it was packaged spoke of quality.It’s certainly well designed and substantial and will be a great joy to use. Both handles (for base and lid) are quality products too.I am pleased I chose this product over any other - it’s bigger and heavier than I anticipated but that’s my own fault as I took no notice of the sizing or weight both of which would have been referred to in the product details.I would highly recommend this product if you want a quality bit of kit.

This is a great easy to handle wok especially a flat bottom suitable for induction hob. Unlike others I've use, it really distributes heat well, fully non stick and lovely handle.Robust wok that not only cooks wonderfully but looks good too.Only issue I have is that there's a couple of chips on the wooden handle of the lid, otherwise it would've been 5*

Great size for proper wok work and it is non stick and will stay that way as long as you follow the cleaning instructions. Its quite heavy so not for the weak wristed but it is really good quality. Comes with a lid and cooking tool thing but i use a silicone spatula to stop me scratching the wok and i hate the sound of metal on metal.

The wok is nice and heavy, apparently doesn’t need seasoning but I did it anyway after each use, I didn’t use the metal utensil that came with it, I never use metal utensils in my pans, anyway after a months usage it has many scratches and now food sticks to it, so I’m not impressed with it. So hard to find a decent wok these days.

I follow all the instructions for use and cleaning and protecting but meat and veg still stick to the wok giving a burnt taste off meals and cleaning it can be very hardUpdate: The company sent me an email with more details on how to resolve the above issue. Now the wok works perfectly so well done to them.
