My first thought when I tried this for the first time was, "This feels good," My package arrived in less than twenty-four hours, complete with strap. The strap that holds the pillow in place is nice and stretchy, which is good because I'm using the pillow in an armchair, rather than an office chair. The chair seat was too deep for me. The cushion helps with that. Support is firm but comfortable. The cushion could be 3 0 4 inches wider, but for me, that's not a reason to subtract a star. I can definitely recommend this product.

I bought this for my office chair. It's absolutely fantastic and you can reposition for the sore spots in your back. Love love love. It has literally decreased my upper and lower back pain.

This unique lumbar support back cushion helps every part of my back, it targets the entire back and lower lumbar as if it was custom-made to do so, I don't think I can ever sit without it again. Don't let the avant-garde design scare you away, it looks fantastic on my desk chair.

Well, I had high hopes. I need something to support my back, lower to neck, and make the deep seat of the sofa less deep for this short lady. Pillows slump, back supports do not go high enough, foam squishes flat, and I was about to give up. At first, I was thrilled with this! It stays up (has an elastic band that helps) and at first, it gave me perfect and malleable support that self adjusted. But sadly, it now is slumping and flattened and no longer giving me support after just a few months. Oh well. I will keep looking.

I ordered this for a co-worker; when it was received, it was missing the strap used to secure it to the chair back. I posted a review here, complaining about the missing strap, and mentioned that I hoped the vendor would contact me. Well, Givanlee, the seller, did contact me and offered to send me a replacement cushion, which I agreed to. The replacement arrived today, complete with strap. I must say the cushion itself is very nicely made and it works very well for a versatile back support cushion, adjustable in several configurations. It is nicely-made, and it even has a tag sewn in with the name of the seller (Givanlee), which indicates to me that it is a product made with pride, unlike so many of the generic products available here on Amazon that are sold under a multitude of sellers' names. The reviews for this item also all look genuine, unlike some products on Amazon where many of the reviews are disjointed and appear to apply to other products. Very happy with this product. I tried to find my original review where I noted the missing strap so I could update it with my 100% satisfaction, but couldn't find it...sorry if this is a duplicate review, but I recommend the product and the seller.

My office chair has too much lumbar support so that my upper back and neck were in terrible shape. After years of physical therapy and chiropractic I was about to drop $500 or more on a new chair. I bought this thing as a last minute ditch attempt to save so.lme money and it totally solved my problem.
