Amazing AC, no regrets
I bought this AC unit just over a year ago. I wanted to try it fully before writing a review. Initially I was reluctant to purchase an AC unit, I felt it was too costly and I would make do with a normal fan. I have used all of its functions and I have no regrets about purchasing this unit.During hot days, I usually put the AC function on in the bedroom and leave the door open. It cools my small bungalow enough to be comfortable indoors. On an extremely hot day, the unit does get moved to the living room to get it much cooler.During the night the bedroom door is closed, amazing sleep, lovely cool room with a background of white noise from the unit.I have also used the dehumidifier function in the winter. Clothes dry quickly and no musty smell in the property.I wish the vent hose was longer to allow it to be put out the top window comfortably. It does not stretch that far without the unit being lifted onto a higher surface. The condensed water is emptied from a little port at the bottom of the unit, this is a bit fiddly and you have to place a small towel under it when attaching the draining pipe as some water will def leak. I usually only have to drain it when using the dehumidifier function. However this year, I have drained it x2 already whilst in the AC mode, possibly higher humidity this year?! Who knows!Overall, I am very pleased. Unable to compare with other portable units but have no regrets as the summers are def getting much warmer!

Great - but not Multi-Room; watch out for the hose length
The air conditioner does the job for a reasonably sized bedroom, around 25m^2, probably around 70m^3.When the unit was listed originally, it said Multi-Rooms and 85m^2 (squared)Currently, the description is showing as 88m^3 (cubed), and that feels about right.. But even in the UK, with small rooms, you will struggle to cool multiple rooms significantly. It cools the room from around 26c to a minimum of around 20c, the ambient outside is around 23c - which is perfect, we've been sleeping a lot better since having it.However, despite the above, I'd give it 5stars (it gets a -1 further below). All things are compromises - if it were more powerful, it would be bigger, and then it wouldn't be such a convinient size to put in a cupboard for the 330 days of the year it isn't so warm in the UK.Though I've been slightly underwhelmed by the power of it, I've been impressed by how compact it is, and how easy it will be to store. It is larger, but not significantly so than most tower fans - and a similar size to watercoolers. The reason it ends up as 4stars is due to the exhaust pipe. Most houses in the UK don't have windows that fit the kit, which I guess is fine, but they also need a longer hose - the included hose isn't enough to reach the windows in most houses.Buying a new hose isn't cheap, and it would have been better/cheaper to have just had a good size included already.

Enables me to be able to be productive at work when the temperatures are high & A Energy rating.
I was attracted to this particular air conditioning unit by the reviews, price and A energy rating.Upon receipt I was really delighted by how easy it was to unpack and set up, also to see that thought had been given to minimising single use plastics.I was pleasantly surprised that it tucks away in a corner when not in use and is not too 'industrial' looking. While it is reasonably loud, the quick cooling effect more than makes up for this. The volume of cold air coming out from the moment you turn it on feels impressive.I think it is going to be a game changer for days when we have very high temperatures, giving me the ability to be continue with work and life.

Air conditioning doenst work
Doesn't work - When used as an air conditioner it blows out cold air but throws off so much heat itself the room gets warmer, even with the extractor pipe

Not a great product for the price
I get that these products aren't that cheap but having used for a few days I just can't justify spending £400 when others are out there of better quality and spec. I fell for the advert which is misleading. It's struggles to cool one large room, it looked like this could handle multiple rooms but it can't. I also noticed that nearly every other product on the shelve is measured in M2, not M3 so the massive power of 88m3 mentioned actually equates to 20m2, of which there are plenty available for less money. The lack of smart features and heating is also a negative, but I fell for the advertised power. Oh and the remote is like something from a Christmas cracker. Very similar to the cheap devices that come with led lighting kits. Needless to say I'm returning this, however appears this will be at my own cost as well.
