Perfect for recreational ping pong. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall Not Bad Beginner Paddles *by E***. on August 3, 2025* Professional is not exactly a word I would use to describe these ping pong paddles but at this price point you can't expect perfection. We purchased a set of these paddles to go with our break room table at work so they are used on a daily basis. They hold up reasonably well but I did have to buy some rubber cement to have on hand for routine repairs. The colored rubber tends to separate from the orange pad underneath pretty easily. But after a little dab of rubber cement they are good to go. Honestly, the rubber cement holds up better than whatever they used in the factory. We have purchased a total of 8 paddles (2 sets) and 7 of the paddles have been great. One came a little crooked and ended up breaking with mild use. But we still use the other 7, and as I said, they are used daily. The rubber itself is not super tacky, but provides enough stick to allow spins without losing control. If you are looking for a beginner set or just getting into ping pong, these will serve you well. If you are looking to get more serious or want to add significant spin to your game, you should look elsewhere. When the time comes to replace our work paddles, I would consider buying these again but with so many other options we might give something else a try.
