Only time will tell. Came nicely packaged but it was a big bag sealed with duck tape in 3 places. Could have easily come undone like others experienced.I took before pics of my plants and will follow up with a follow up post down the road. Expensive. But it is really good quality soil for citrus trees. I love it already.

I decided to plant lemon seeds so I could have my own lemon tree. Depending on how you plant your lemon seeds…I did it two ways. I just put the seeds with this soil and watered them everyday 😂 I also followed a YouTube video on the proper way to plant lemon seeds…where you take the seed out of the hard casing and then put them in a wet paper towel in a ziploc bag till it sprouts and then put them in the soil. When I sliced into some lemons, I got lucky that it cut through some seeds so it was easy to get the seeds out of the hard casing. The one in the middle is the one I did the ziploc bag way. The ones on the sides were the lazy way…placed in soil and watered. Lazy way…it took a lot longer for them to sprout out of the soil. If I remember right the ziploc bag way took about a week or so?? for it to sprout. Since planting…I would say took about 2 months?? Great soil!!

My lime and my Meyer lemon tree we're starting to look a little sad. Used this product and a week later they're already looking better.

Bought this for my new dwarf kumquat tree and wanted to get the right type of soil for it rather than just using the normal generic potting soil. This soil is really light and airy. It drains really well and my kumquat seems very happy in its new medium.I really like the resealable packaging too. Makes it so much easier to store and not worry about somebody knocking it over and spilling the soil all over the place.

The soil seems great, but the packaging quality control could use some serious work. I opened the box and tried to lift the bag out, only to discover that it wasn’t sealed at all on one side. Looks like I’m repotting my plants on the living room carpet today.
