They come in a whole range of beautiful colours, formats, line patterns ; the cover texture feels nice, the paper is of good quality with a nice slightly yellowish/cream "oldschool" colour, the pages can be opened flat with relative ease. The notebooks also come with additional features such as an index page you can fill, numbered pages with small margin on one side, place to write the date on every page, stickers for labelling the book and a pocket on the last page to store any kind of additional documents. You can buy a small elastic loop to stick on the notebook to hold a pen. All those additional features are relatively discrete however if you like your pages to be clear of anything except your writing this might not suit you. Other than that, it's always a pleasure to store and get those notebooks from the shelf and write something in them, they might cost more than the average (to be confirmed) but I do not regret my money at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great notebook *by C***. on 8 January 2017* This is the stuff. Ever so slightly larger than A4, this is now my go-to notebook for laboratory work and professional work. Leuchturrm prides itself on the little details, which is evident in this notebook. Firstly, the paper is ivory colored, since white paper is often too bright to write comfortably on. This notebook also has a contents page and page numbers, which is handy for finding specific sections - as far as I'm aware this is the only notebook with this features. There is also a large envelope attached inside the back cover, and since the book is oversized A4 you can easily fit documents in here. There are also perforated pages towards the end of the book for easy removal of notes and there are also archival stickers. It's also fairly fountain pen friendly, though some inks (Baystate blue, namely) do bleed through a bit. Most inks are fine though, including those by Diamine, J. Herbin, and Waterman. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would give it more than 5! *by E***H on 7 September 2014* I purchased this note pad a little over a week ago, delivery was supurb. My intention for this pad was for both my work and my college course, however upon receiving it, I feel as if I may have find one a little less... Nice. As I think my random scribbling will take away from its elegance, It is as if I was to take a black sharpie and write all over a Lamborghini... There is over 120 pages for you to fill with ingenius ideas, the quality of the paper is brilliant and with numbers at the bottom of the page it makes It so easy to reffer to pages, there is virtually no bleed when using ink pens. The overall construction so far has proven to very rugged and is of a very high quality.
