Works great, but easy to overestimate burn time
Once I got the timing down, this emulsion works really well. I’m used to using halogen light boxes and burning for a couple of minutes. I just built a 60 watt UV LED box at home and this emulsion burns almost faster than you can blink! I zoned it in at 6 seconds, which blows my mind.A lot of the reviewers here are having a hard time washing out their screens, and that’s because of overexposure. When the timing is done right, you will easily see the outline of your image before washing. I could wash the image out using just the water sprayer at my kitchen sink. No need to fire up the power washer here. Some other tips: Keep your coated screens in a very dark place while drying and before burning. Don’t even smile at it, because a sunny personality will expose this emulsion!I’m fitting foam covered with black felt on the back of the screen while burning. Make sure whatever you’re holding up to the back of the screen is dark so you don’t get reflection causing overexposure. Also, give your screen some distance from the light source.I hope this helps other people! It sure would be helpful for a so-called beginner emulsion to have some additional troubleshooting tips for users.

It works.
Its nice that it doesnt require an activator to be mixed in. I like the short 12 second exposure times required. I needed to expose a little longer than instructed, but only by a second or two. This emulsion doesn't change color slightly like others I have used, so I couldn't see the exposure until I began to rinse out the screen.

dont waste your time or money
i tried using this emulsion 3 times and the first time the emulsion didn't dry fully after leaving it for 30 minutes and when i tried burning the screen when i washed it immediately started peeling off thee screen. 2nd time my image didn't burn at all on the screen and it was a complete waste. 3rd time it completely dried the screen barely burned but was working then while i was washing my screen it wouldnt wash off and show the image and when it finally did it peeled off half of the image. overall not a goof emulsion doesn't do its job and chunks peel off.

Works (if used right)
I'm 90% sure this is their Ecotex PWR purple emulsion rebranded to be "for beginners." I would HIGHLY recommend searching up the spec sheet for it online. Bought it as a last ditch effort for a school project. First coated my screen with a scoop coater, let it air dry for maybe about 30 minutes and used a space heater to speed it up (this was in a rush so its better if you let it totally air dry horizontally overnight), placed my design and burned with a Speedball 30W UV for about 30 seconds (burn times vary) and washed it out afterwards. It was my first time ever doing this with extensive research prior and it came out perfectly. If you're having issues with peeling it might be because you put it on too thick, didn't dry it enough, or underexposed.

Definitely works, you just need to find the right exposure time
I have seen many bad reviews and was tempted to write a bad review as well because I was having similar issues. However, I had noticed the exposure time was significantly shorter (just like advertised) than another emulsion I'm used to. It states that the emulsion exposure time is "12 seconds with LED Light", while I was used to over 8 minutes of exposure with the same UV LED light. It also depends on the distance of the LED light and the Watts, but this emulsion definitely has a drastically shortened exposure time which is a plus.

It works (sort of)
I've tried 6 times and I get the image to burn into my screens but I think I'm overcoating my screens, burning them too long or short or the hose I'm using isn't pressurized enough. The image burns through where I can see it clearly under the uv lamp but when I go to wash the screen the image won't wash through. I ordered more emulsion to keep trying since this stuff does work.

Works well and quickly
Works great! At about 15 inches using ecotex beginner emulsion -45-50 seconds is good.
