Not perfect, but a good handle for a side-flush cistern
This handle is designed for side-flush cisterns. It's good; it works, it's fitted relatively easily, it looks smart enough too. So why only four stars?It's made of plastic, that's why. So far, a couple of weeks after being fitted, it has performed without any trouble whatsoever but because it's plastic, I wonder just how long it will last. Maybe that's just me; after all, for the price what did I really expect? But apart from that, everything's good.And I tried pretty much everything I could before stumbling upon this. Every flush lever I could find I tried to make work but because they were all levers designed to go on the front of the cistern none of them worked no matter how much I tried to creatively bodge a solution. Eventually, nearing despair, I tried googling 'side flush lever' and from that moment, my life got rather better as I found this. Delivered quickly - Amazon Prime got it to me in under 24 hours - and after a few minutes, the loo got flushed and I felt chuffed.So if you're after a flush handle that's fitted to the side of the cistern, try this. Time will tell how long it lasts but so far all is well. Four stars, and it's only lost that last star because it's made of plastic.

The description shows the material to be metal however there isnt a piece of this that is metal, the whole thing is plastic. the reason ive given the durability a low score is due to the fact i had this one already installed and it broke hence buying a new one and wanting it to be metal.
