Dutch Import, with dutch wording on the front, but program in English, just need to knock the subtitles off. Excellent value for money as to buy UK version of all three series prohibitive. Discs come stacked on one spindle in the box, only slight drawback which is why 4 stars

One of if not the best series the BBC has ever produced. Loved watching this and have re watched it many times. When it arrived the text on the box was not in English, this was changeable once the DVD was started.

This series is great fun.It appeals to both young (and I mean as young as seven year olds) and oldies like me because it contains both the language that young people speak with the legend that those a little older know. It also highlights the real Englishess of the legend of Robin Hood, the battle between those who take and those who give. It honours that eternal battle between the the haves and the have nots.Perhaps that's the reason the legend continues and this series pays respect to that tradition.It's also dramatic, exciting, unbelievable, believable, romantic, heart wrenching, thrilling and most of all full of adventure for the kids.A great modern update.

I really enjoyed this product. I didn't used subtitles, because I discovered there were only dutch and no english subtitles, but I think I will watch it again. More times again. It's a good way to learn. There was no possibility to choose the singles scenes, only the whole episodes, I had to stop and watch all the episode again and not only one particular moment, so I needed a little patience, It's not a problem, indeed.

Perfect. Just as described in description. Easily turned of Dutch subtitles! Fantastic series! Watched it when it first came out on BBC, so to watch it all these years later and be just as impressed is great! Thanks!

Loved being able to watch the series again. Wish that the BBC had made the three series into an English box set, though the actual recordings are in English as originally made, and that's what count.

I like it as i used to watch it when it was on the BBC 1 on a Saturday night, it is one of those drama serial's that you can watch to fill a Saturday night for an hour, only watched episode 1 so far with subtitle's, hopefully i'll be able to turn them off.

Fantastic set 12 dvd robin hood bbc series subtleties in Dutch but that doesn't bother me & can be removed the programme itself is in English :) For £11 its a bargain compared to the £40 odd you'd have to stake out to get the English dvds
