This scraper was comfortable to hold and ergonomic. It did everything I needed to do it was easy to use and easy to change the blade. I was surprised how well built it was considering it was one of the cheaper options although I'd never would know if I didn't know

I was able to strip a table in ten minutes with this bad boy. Excellent heft to the tool and it powers through like butter. You do have to put arm strength into the job. I wish I bought it sooner!

Scraper works well enough, but the handle broke after two days of use and the little knob on top also started immediately spinning and then fell off after a while. I admit, I’m giving the tool some heavy use, strippping siding for about 6h per day, but still… I expected better.

The blade stayed sharp after refinishing a large maple butcher block.

The handle is comfortable and works well when sharp but seems to need sharpening more often than other carbide blades I have used before.

This is a must if you're stripping furniture or cabinets.I stripped all of my cabinet doors with Citrus Strip and a putty knife while sitting down. With he cabinet boxes, I had to be a bit more acrobatic. i. e. crawling on countertops and climbing ladders. I guess all jobs are easier if you have the right tools.Using this carbide scrapper made stripping so much easier and faster. I'm not familiar with scrappers but I'm glad I chose this one. I was surprised how light weight it is. very comfortable to use one handed or with both hands. Tis one is durable. I don't think I'll ever have to purchase another one but I highly recommend the XW Heavy Duty Carbide Scraper.

This does the job! It will scrap 4 layers of paint off down to the bare wood! I only have it 4 stars for comfort due to me having small hands, it was a little hard to hold on to, but it fit my husbands just perfectly!

I bought this product after seeing many videos online showing people using this to take off a finish before painting or staining a piece of furniture. Since I have begun to use this it has helped tremendously with my new refinishing side gig. It is easy and comfortable to use. I would highly recommend this product.
