Replacement I drive cap
1st off it looks great, fitment was good, although some better instructions would be a plus. Instructions took 5 minutes top and really happy with appearance.

Wrong Color looks Used already.
When I went to purchase this item was describe as a Ceramic Black color in the description (which Now I noticed has been removed) , this is the Only reason i purchased because it would have match my interior if it Was the Correct Color .However When it arrived it has this Golden Brown Tint to it. It’s hard to see in the photos but it’s Not Ceramic Black at all. Also came in very Poor packaging also it looks USED as it has starches all over it ! I Would Not Recommend this product , you definitely get what you pay for and this is definitely Cheap . Save your money and shop elsewhere

2013 BMW X3 F25- Fits well but the material shine is like its wearing off

Perfect fit and looks nice
The media could not be loaded. Looks great. Just wish it had upgraded buttons that came with it.

Garbage
Top part doesn’t click on, would have to be super glued on to fit and stay on. Plastic is very cheap. Looks as excepted, would have been fine with cheap plastic if the piece actually clicked on. Bad design

Colour does not match pictures at all / installation is poor and flimsy
Looks like a dark chrome or black in the pictures, but it comes as a rose chrome colour.Installation went easily, however it is attached with a double sided adhesive that allows for constant movement of the top dial.You're better off finding a different product.

Arrows in wrong direction.
First of all there are no instructions, then it wouldn't install with the arrows pointing in the correct direction. It installed after I pointed the arrows towards north east and north west. Dismantled the whole thing and was able to reattach it with arrows pointing the correct way. Says ceramic, but looks and feels like painted plastic.
