I love this simple yet effective applicator at a very reasonable price. I have had for almost a year now and it has worked great, especially for my back. The lengthening ability is nice too as can adjust as apply cream to different areas of your body. Super easy to clean and so far it's been very durable as I use most every day.

So I have a 25 percent disability in my left shoulder. At times I need to put lotion in spots I just can’t reach anymore. This tool actually works great in solving that problem. I could see this helping other seniors like me that needs help once in a while. Price was fair and came on time. It is also easy to clean and stores in very little room.

Works really well for my purpose of applying daily lotion to my mid and upper back. Because of the construction, the paddle does rotate a bit when applying it. That is, the shaft rotates. I like the silicone paddle, and how it helps with my daily routine.

In the beginning this cream applicator was perfect, allowing me to apply medicinal cream to my neck & shoulders to alleviate the pain I was experiencing. Unfortunately, within a few weeks the silicone part of the applicator would come off the expandable handle. I could not rub it back & forth, but only move it forward, lift it, move it forward again. Okay, I could live with that, but within another month or so, the metal handle came protruding through the silicone portion, causing a scratch on my shoulder. I loved the fact the handle extended so I could easily reach the painful part of my shoulders, but it shouldn't wear out within 2 or 3 months. That was very disappointing.

The product does its job. However, I paid for a new item, and it seems that I got a used item. I had to wash the paddle cuz there was stuff on it, and the telescoping part by the paddle was rusted. So I cleaned it up and decided not to return it cuz cleaning was easier than returning it. Does get old and this is not the only seller, that I pay from new items and I get used items. I should not have to be paying full price. I do use it. I do like it. It's not like a hand though. It's not like you can rub it into your skin. It just gets on your skin and it just stays wet, better than nothing. So if you're looking for something to rub into your skin, this would not be the product for you.
