I am writing this not only for the excellent product but also because of their business practice. I ordered 4 separate badges for different companies that l work for and they came out perfect except for the size. I ordered the wrong size and they were too big for me to wear. I'm a nurse and they would have gotten in the way of my patient care. I sent them a message hoping they would give me some kind of discount if l ordered another 4 badges in a smaller size. A few days later l received 4 new badges in the size l should have ordered the first time. I am amazed at their kindness and they will always have my business. And the badges are beautiful! Thank you so much!!
