Adequate Replacement Phone for Nortel Systems

This phone works well. It replaced our beige Mortel Meridian M7310 phone that had some buttons like 3. 7, and 0 that stopped working. So this was a great replacement as it has all the same features as our previous model and works perfectly if you already have Nortel phone system. Just plug it in and go! Update: 2 years later and still works great!

Defective phones, still waiting for credit 3 months later

We ordered 7 phones in September. Returned 3 defective phones October 14. Still waiting for credit Jan 22. They keep saying they issued it but credit not received. Now 4th phone doesn't work.Update: Credit finally received 1/24/20.
