I tested everything I could think of on this laptop and everything works great. The unit demonstrates great battery life. This is an updated review; the first of these units I received (also) worked splendidly but did not have a lighted keyboard (contrary to the description). I returned that unit and re-purchased another one. The return process was easy and hassle-free (I was very impressed). The second unit looks and operates like new, including the battery life. The quality and functionality of this "refurb," unit relative to the price proves it to be a crazy-good value.

The item arrived early , packaged well, with no signs of damage. It looked new. However, once I plugged it in to charge it, a warning came on the screen advising that the battery was defective and needed to be replaced. On calling Amazon about the issue, I got little to "NO" help. All I could do is return the unit for replacement or refund. Honestly, it's just easier to pay the $35 and get a new battery . The ad for the laptop guaranteed that the battery would hold at least an 80% charge, which, obviously, was in error. The unit came with a checklist of all the items tested and it said the battery checked out fine. Seems that wasn't exactly the case. I've been pleased with previous purchases, but this time I am very disappointed.

So I really like this laptop. The description was slightly off. I don't recall it indicating that it was touchscreen but it IS a touchscreen and that just adds to the product! I arrived as described and works great so far. The battery life is typical for a small notebook and it's a relatively new battery. It indicates it's at 94% so not new but still very high.My only complaint is my own fault. I thought it had 2 USB-C ports. It only has 1. It also has 1 high speed USB-A port, however. You can charge and power the computer from the USB-C port but if you do that, you loose that port. It did come with a generic power cord so you can just use that if you want to keep the C port free. I am a couple weeks in and It's working just fine.

Good laptop in good condition.Works out of the box with no problems.Has an invalid Windows key that deactivated Win11, so factor that into the price.

Matched product description. I have it all set up and I am pleased with it. A bit of cosmetic issues but nothing noticeable to the untrained eye.

Functionally, this HP laptop is just fine. No complaints with the hardware. I ran into an issue though, because the Windows version is Windows 11 22H2. That version is reaching end of support and I kept getting a message to upgrade to a newer version. I couldn't get windows to update. So I found out that TPM was not enabled because the BIOS was set to legacy mode. Windows 11 will not install in legacy mode because TPM/secure boot is turned off. I switched it to the correct setting in BIOS and the computer would not boot. If this happens you can either reinstall Windows with the correct settings or make a custom ROM on a USB drive that bypasses the windows installation requirements. All the hassle means this Amazon listing deserves 3 stars. It could have been 5 stars of it was done right.

Laptop looked great. Fingerprint scanner didn't work. No way to hook up to wifi. Tried downloading drivers. Still didn't work. The checklist they sent showed all was good. Took days to receive laptop when it was suppose to be next day. Never again.
