lid does not fit properly
The mug is beautiful ...well made. The lid does not fit properly. I have tried for week now to use cup and have to keep pushing lid down. I have a coffee stainless mug from walmart and I have no problem with lid. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to report this problem and possibly get a replacement.
