I dont eat red meat and I usually have low iron and take iron supplements. The serving size is six pills and it says to start with one so I started with 2. I won’t lie. I already have digestive problems, but I had diarrhea for probably two days and my stomach was angry. That was enough to tell me that these were strong supplements so I backed off to one a few days later, and my body can handle it much better. I do think it’s helping me have more energy and clarity. I wish I could take them every day, but just one every few days from now. I feel like this is a quality supplement.
