Open the bag. It actually smells like oregano. I had previously bought a bag of oregano with black seed oil. It was from China. Says it’s got the same stuff as THIS. But it did not smell like oregano and wasn’t as effective! Had been using good oregano and it cleared up some skin problems then used the bad China stuff for a few weeks and now the spot is coming back so doubling up on this GOOD oregano oil and expect it’ll be clear again in a couple days. Watch what you buy. Might say the same but if it isn’t a good quality it won’t work the same. This brand is great! Easy to swallow.

It says to take two daily but I wouldn't advise that being how potent it is. I would suggest taken this as needed but not daily. It could lead to issues with organs if taken too much. When I first got it I took it as needed and it felt like I had came down with either the flu or some type of bug. I had was cold but my body was hot. Whatever was in body was gone after about two days. Another incident was when my gums were inflamed out of the blue. I took oil of oregano and the next day it was like I didn't have a gum issue.

Took them a couple of days ago. So far, so good. I could smell the oregano when I used the restroom for a day.I feel like that are beneficial. I need to get back on a more consistent healthy lifestyle and I feel they could benefit me more.

These softgels are concentrated and seem to help with seasonal support. They're easy to take and didn’t upset my stomach. I did notice a faint oregano aftertaste when burping, but nothing overwhelming. They’re a solid addition to any wellness routine, especially in colder months.
