After looking for a replacement filter i decided that I wasnt willing to spend over £50 on a pre cut filter so i purchased this. It cuts with scissors and its a darn sight cheaper. Be warned though, its sharp!

When our fat fryer's grease filter (meant to be "permanent") fell apart after too many cycles in the dishwasher (it's aluminium, duh!), I had to find a replacement.This fitted the bill perfectly.The size of the sheet (actually 89x47cm and roughly 5mm thick) was enough to replace our cooker hood filter too, and I've got some left over. Make sure you check the size of what you need before ordering.You just cut the sheet to size with a pair of scissors (but watch your fingers - it's sharp!)There's no need to double over, although I guess you could if you wanted to (it would be thicker though). The mesh is 2 thin aluminium layers sandwiched by 2 thicker layers (4 layers in total), interleaved to force the air to zig-zag on its way through.

I inherited an old style extractor fan from previous house owner and the filter left in was gross so I purchased this and easy to cut to size and I have spare one too. I haven't had it in place long do don't know how long it lasts but all in all good product.

As stated arrived on time.But one big no no was the packaging which I feel was totally inappropriate.It was folded hence formed creases in the product which reduced the total area of usage , should be rolled then all can be utilised.That said cutting to size was fairly straight forward and placement no problem.Now in place and extracting vigorously and singing a more subtle tune.How long it lasts depends on usage and particles.

Great replacement, had enough to do my filter at least 4 times. DO wear gloves if possible when cutting to size as endfs can be sharp

1. I have a Baumatic Extractor hood with non standard filters2. Normal filters cost around £10 - 20 per pair. Mine cost £60 per pair (25cm x 28cm)3. Cut to shape and wedged in the space where the filters go and it works fine.4. Recommended. A fraction of the price I would have had to pay

es grueso pero se adapta bien, y es fácil cortarlo a medida

Pratique je découpe à la taille que je veux et je vais pouvoir en faire plusieurs

Ha sido muy fácil instalarlo.Aparentemente creo que dará buen servicio, pero eso solo el tiempo de uso lo dirá.
