Good value for money and mixes in well. The cat version seems to be unavailable but after closely checking the composition for the dog version, I noted it was just the same so I bought it for my two cats. Both still eat their food with no awareness that it's in there. My dog is on raw food including bone and offal so I don't actually give it to her. Recommend.

I own Newfoundlands who are genetically prone to DCM so after my last one died of it, I happened to come across the lack of taurine issue and that it can help prevent heart issues in certain breeds such as Newfoundlands. Since Matilda is on digestive care and not senior food where taurine is added, I decided to give that powder a try. And what a difference it made! Matilda is now 8,5 years old (geriatric in giant breed terms) and we have never seen her so active and happy before. Everybody who has known her all her live is amazed by her and the energy she has. Also mentally she is totally alert. Great stuff. I have now bought the third pot. Do not expect instantaneous results but it eventually worked for Matilda.

The first two doses given to my dog seemed to upset his stomach, but of course I cannot be sure whether this was caused by the Taurine or something else. I'll give it a week and then try again. I've have looked at the container for some instruction on dosage but could not find any information (the print is also very small and hard to read).

We have a chihuahua cross pomeranian who gets seizures and tremors from low blood sugar. We started noticing that his episodes were lasting longer - up to 3 minutes - so thought we’d give this a go. Since we started about 10 weeks ago, he has only had one seizure and it lasted for less than one minute. We are cycling as recommended and have combined it with AniForte Multivetal powder to ensure he is getting a good daily dose of vitamins and minerals which we continue to use between dosing cycles. Between the two, we think this has helped to minimise his seizures so will continue to use for the foreseeable future. Recommend giving this a go if your dog suffers from seizure or tremors.

It’s a good job the instructions are on Amazon but they really need to be on the tub!!I really don’t know how good the product is but I hope its as good as they say! I just want my dog to be healthy.

I tried this product as a last ditch attempt to help a duckling with a heart defect. The vet’s prognosis was not good and after much research I decided to give a Taurine supplement a try. Since then she has flourished and although I am well aware the duckling may have ’outgrown’ the heart defect I believe the taurine supplement helped massively.

I've bought this for a Dog that has been damaged by a Grain Free diet, fed to her for the first 5 months of her life. Fingers crossed this & other homeopathic remedies help her. Dorwest products have helped her too.

Bought to use prophylactically for my dog who eats home cooked food.I've no idea whether she needs it, but it won't harm her if she doesn't.But it is good value as you only need to use a small amount.
