I bought this early for a Christmas gift and by the time Christmas came around, it was outside the return policy. The first product didn’t have any working sound. I emailed the manufacturer on Christmas Day and they responded within an hour (on Christmas!) that they would send a new one. I didn’t have to send back the broken one….and they also sent an additional product (bingo). Now my daughter enjoys both items very much. They really went above and beyond in customer service.

We're starting on the easy ones, as my grandson (4 yo) finds it somewhat confusing. He hasn't yet got the concept of choosing the color of the small dot rather than the color of the objects. He loves hearing the praise each time he gets it right. I am pleased with the purchase.

This toy was a gift for 4 yr old grandson. Enjoyed but needed adult supervision to play. Within two months ( one month past return) the toy stopped working. Good concept of toy but difficult for young child to manipulate cards

I bought this for my granddaughter (age 4). She enjoys playing it. Her older sister (age 7) also enjoys it.

This works as described. It has a lot of cards and is very nice.

The media could not be loaded. See video for review and how this toy works.-My 4.5 year old has fun playing this game. He is able to figure out most of the cards and get the answers right probably 98% of the time. Once in a great while he might find a card where he needs me to explain to him what he needs to do on the card.-The most difficult part for my child was teaching him how to carefully put the cards into the slotted area, and then scanning the barcode. If the barcode doesn't read at first, you just keep trying to scan it until it works.-One time when we scanned the barcode it was telling us to perform a task that was irrelevant to the card we inserted. This was some sort of a glitch. When I removed the card, re-inserted it, and then scanned the barcode again, it changed to the appropriate task on the card that was inserted.-There are so many cards (front and back), and quite a variety of tasks/games. I went through some of these in my video.-I think this is a fun way for kids to learn and perhaps help to get ready for kindergarten.-The toy states it's recommended for ages 3-6. In my situation I would recommend it for ages 3-5, unless your child is struggling with learning. I think my son will likely get bored of this by the time he is 6. We will find out.-I also have a 2 year old, and she tries to play this. We tell her what color button to push, and then she pushes the correct colored button. We just have to be careful she doesn't bend the cards.
