Works well good battery life
I've had this light for 2 years now, primarily use it a few times a year for spotlight wildlife surveys. I had an over $100 one from Cabelas that I returned, bought this cheap thing from China and been super happy with it. Holds a charge, lasts several hours (used continuously for 2 hours with no noted loss in power). I've never fully discharged it, and it's as bright as the expensive ones. Light enough to hold all night, and able to lock the beam so you don't have to hold down a trigger.

COMMON PROBLEM: WON'T CHARGE
Flashlight itself along with side strobe light are good concepts. Unfortunately, some of the worst quality I've ever experienced in an amazon product. Battery life is horrendous. Even worse, it will not recharge consistently. When I say consistently, it only recharged the first time of doing so then a couple times thereafter over a years time. Due to the poor quality, I've only been able to use the light as a red night reading light, that is when I'm able to charge but nowhere near capacity, only about a couple hours of use after a 24 hour charging period. I understand when you don't buy popular brand name items the quality may somewhat be questionable. But when a flashlight won't recharge, as an earlier purchaser stated, you're left with an expensive paper weight. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Awesome light
Arrived on time ready and to go with about a half charge. I placed on charger and about 30 minutes was fully charged. I live up in the mountains in bear, Linx, fox, bobcat and coyote territory and this Spot light works as it should with an exceptionally powerful beam. Only issue I have and the ONLY one would be if the trigger button had a lock out/safety switch of some sort. This light puts out some serious lumens and if you have a 2-3 yr old you’ll understand I put light on kitchen table and well he got ahold of it and was running around beaming everyone lol. Great item though would buy again if I get a year or two out of this one.Hope this review helps.

Great light
This is my third light in a couple years. This light has been great where the others quit this light just keeps going battery life is also very good used it in crawl spaces been on for hours stays bright has never just quit
