Naturtint Hair Color Permanent, 7N Hazelnut Blonde, 5.28 Ounce

I started using this product a few years ago and I love it. I doubt I will ever get my hair professionally colored again. People stop me on the street to tell me how pretty my hair is! Wow. I don’t miss the damage and brittleness at all. I do miss the packets of shampoo and conditioners they used to put in the box. I prefer those to the heavy quinoa cream, but it’s not that big of a deal.

I like this product because unlike other home hair dyes, it doesn’t dry out my hair. In fact, my hair is much more shinier and healthier after applying it.

Quick Overview:-Hair was softer, shinier, and seemingly healthier AFTER the dye job.-The hair color does not leave hair looking like one flat hair color. Instead, it seems to pick up several tones of color making it appear more natural.-For the first time in years, I did not have an allergic reaction to hairdye!Although the Hazelnut Blonde hair-dye did my skin tone and natural coloring no favors, it was still a beautiful color. The dye actually enhanced the shine of my hair whereas any other dye would just zap it of all moisture, leaving it like hay. Naturtint left my hair touchably soft, almost as if I was left with untouched, virgin hair.The best part about the hairdye is its natural quality. For once, I was not left with an itchy scalp or allergy induced bumps on the head. My allergies are so bad that it generally takes a few days to recover from the chemicals used in my hair. This time, there was no recovery time. And this more than any other reason is why I will be sticking with Naturtint for my hairdye of choice.

Having colored my hair for years with harsh chemicals, I was looking for something gentler to restore some shine as well as cover my stubborn grays. I bought this after reading the positive reviews and decided to try it.First of all, my hair is shoulder length and fine textured. The natural color is dark blonde with significant gray at the temples. I usually pull red when coloring, so I chose the 7N to avoid any additional brassiness. The hair color was unusually scented, not chemically, but not botanical either. It was thin and clear, even after processing for ten minutes, so I was a little concerned that there appeared to be no color development.After a total of 40 minutes processing, I washed my hair according to instructions and conditioned it with the packet included. (It should be noted that the conditioner is among the best I have ever used. I absolutely loved it.)The results were beautiful. All of my gray was covered, something that the salon is not always able to do. The color was glossy and natural looking, although I did pull a little red as I usually do.All in all, this is a good product thus far. I did not have the burning, itching scalp as with other hair coloring, and the initial results have been beautiful. I will update my review as I see how the color lasts into the next few weeks.

Absolutely love this shade and brand. The color is exactly as pictured and it blends away the gray in a very natural looking way. I was so pleased to not have the awful smell or burning scalp that I get with other box color and this one really lasts. I have used it twice and have had no surprise colors, even over blonde highlights.I would avoid using the included shampoo, it made my hair feel awful, but the conditioner works well. Also, be aware that this does contain peroxide and can lighten your hair. I actually went from dark brown to the dark blonde shade on the box after the first use in 40 minutes. I will continue to purchase!

Yay! Cruelty free!Easy to use. Little odor. No dripping. Good coverage. Doesn't dry or damage hair. I haven't used this hair color without Gray Magic, because I have difficult to color gray hair. Therefore, I can't testify to the effectiveness of Naturtint's gray coverage. Shampoo with color protection shampoo to avoid fading, and color lasts. Paul Mitchell products recommended.

Used hazelnut blonde and loved the color results. Looks better than my hairdresser colors, much more natural.It did crunch my hair a little when rinsing with the shampoo but after conditioning and using a pinch of coconut oil on the ends, it was good as new.

Sticky gooey texture made it dripless, yes, but also very difficult to spread through hair. I used two boxes for my past-the-shoulder length hair and still ran out, had to use water to spread it to the ends. I concentrated more of the coloring on the grayest areas of my hair - surrounding my forehead. I left it on for the suggested extra time for a total of 45 minutes AFTER I finished spreading the coloring through my hair. It's really too bad that it doesn't cover gray at all, because it's a nice color, quite natural. I've gone back to L'Oreal Excellence.
