Quality

As a competitive swimmer, I trust Speedo as a brand. These are good at-home training tools that are flexible for all sorts of warm-up and toning exercises. The two different bands allow for different intensities.So far, I have no worries of these snapping and breaking on me, unlike with other, cheaper brands. I value the rotating handles to make my routines all the more smoother. And there are truly results with just a few variety of routines and repetitions each day- even if you're not a swimmer!
