Nordic WareProcast Mini Scone

We own a circular scone pan too that makes larger wedge scones. The problem is, we only get about 8 scones with that pan. This pan gives us 16 good sized scones. We use King Arthur brand scone mixes and it’s the exact perfect amount to fill this pan. My daughter and I often bake scones on weekend mornings and she butters the pan while I mix up the scones. We love this pan because it’s a good heavy weight without being too heavy. It’s excellent quality and the scones pop out easily. They are a good size — not too small by any stretch. This is just a spectacular pan. You be disappointed.

This mini scone pan is excellent.It produces mini scones with equal sizes much easier.The pans bake nice and moist scones and clean up a breeze.

Nordic Ware makes both mini and regular size scone pans. This is my second mini I am only purchasing this one as I am entertaining a group of 20+ for tea so I need a second scone pan. The other is probably twenty years old or more and still looks and behaves like new. It provides equal temp and crusty edges.Scones pop out very easily and it cleans in a jiffy with hand washing.I prefer the mini size because the large ones are a bit overwhelming in a multi course meal.Better to have a second scone if you wish than be too full to appreciate the savory or sweets courses IMO. This brand provides consistent quality products. I recommend this 100%

I have a collection of baking pans made by Nordic and have been extremely pleased with the quality and how well my baked goods turn out. No sticking & easy to clean. They might cost more than some other brands out there, but I find these are very much worth the cost. My time cleaning and having bake good just fall out of the pan in 1 piece is well worth it.

I've been experimenting with various scone recipes and have used this cute little pan at least 6 times already. Each batch has been perfect and released easily. The scones are evenly baked and nicely browned.So far, my favorite recipe has been Mini Lemon Scones with a Lemon Glaze. The pan is easy to clean. I use a baking spray with flour, cool the scones 4 minutes in the pan, turn them over on a rack, and they are out. A quick rinse of the pan, and its ready to go again.This is my 9th Nordic Ware pan and a worthy addition to my collection. The resulting scones are large enough to cut in half for serving and they keep fresh for several days in a plastic box.

This pan is very heavy duty...you'd almost think it was cast iron and not aluminum. I'd always made scones in the more traditional way of making rounds and then cutting the rounds into wedges. But I was invited to bring scones to a party and the hostess preferred scones using this pan so I bought it thinking it might make things easier the next time I made scones.Ultimately, I don't think that it will. It's a nice enough pan I guess...but the individual sections are smaller than I'd prefer and you can't put it in the dishwasher (or at least I don't think it would hold up well if you did) so you're stuck having to hand wash each of the little triangles...which I just find to be really fiddly. I think I'll just stick to making them the old-fashioned way as I just don't see how this pan is saving me any time or effort.

It's easy to clean. The portions come out perfect in size. So presentable and lots of compliments. I just Love it and happy with my purchase.☺️

I have never made scones before, so I decided to get what I needed to make them the best way I could. This pan with scone shaped places to add the dough made my first time making scones a breeze. The scones came out perfect and didn't stick at all. I'm following the instructions and I carefully clean it after each use and then add Crisco to the scone areas and I haven't had any problems at all. I also love the sturdiness of this pan. I think it will last a long time and be one of those pans that get passed down.

Liked the uniform triangular shapes and the easy release.

I bought this Nordic ware scone pan for my grand daughter in Scotland who attends the University. Because she has celiac disease all of her kitchen pans and utensils have to be kept separate and only she can use them. She loves scones and had a great time making her first ever gluten free pumpkin scones with this great pan! Thanks to Nordicware for creating it!

I love that I can use my cranberry receipe and make perfect mini scones. I still use my original 8 piece scone pan but this allows me to serve little people a smaller portion but same great taste..

Makes fantastic scones! This is my second purchase. For my mum this time- she borrowed mine and won't give it back... Perfect for tea parties- I highly recommend getting one!
