The 4 bay NAS is fast with SSD caching and DSM is quite convenient with file sync ability and fine granular backups. Good value for money.

Very poor service
Bought Synology NAS DS920+, stopped working after 6 months. Reached out to service center and they asked me to deposit the NAS.Post that, its been over month and authorised service center is blaming that Synology HQ is not providing spares for repair.Dont buy for office use.
