Seems to be a substitute for Statin medicine as it does work to lower my cholesterol.

It is easy to swallow. Recommended to me for blood pressure, works. No side effects.

I haven't seen a difference yet but I'm confident.

My LDL was elevated higher than my doc wanted.. He suggested a statin.. No way.. I have read too many horror stories about side effects caused by them.. My sister had LDL issues but she told me about Red Yeast Rice.. I did some research and began trying it.. Sure enough, my LDL dropped from 130 to 90 but I also take CoQ10 to go along with the red yeast rice.. No noticeable side effects.. Doc is pleased and he stopped pushing the statin..

This brand is very very good and has the monacolins, but they give me pain in my feet, so I have to use every other day. Read cardiologist Dr. Becker's study with this brand used. It works.
