The item was well packed, the process following the video was easy but for some reason messed up the first one, but the 2nd went on great certainly better than letting samsung charge me £530 for a new one as they wanted to replace the screen too.I did it myself while watching the instruction video and it was easy and straight forward the 2nd did have a air bubble but it's since worked itself outWould buy again when needed

It seems like a good cover for screen and good quality, but unfortunatly even following the guide it seems to have a struggle getting rid of air bubbles and I followed installation guide to the instructions manual and did it all very slowly and carefully, the first screen protector I installed unfortunatly didn't install at all well because I didn't realise that there was a cover on the top part of screen stopping it from sticking but wasn't present on bottom half so bottom half went on without issues but I tried removing plastic cover on top half and it completely screwed up the first installation, so I had to use the second pack but I managed to install the second screen easier then first instillation knowing that it had a plastic cover underneath, in my opinion it didn't need the plastic cover as it would of installed perfectly without it due to the plastic tab fitting into the USB slot of the phone which is a godsend because there is two tabs that are cut out and you just fit screen onto the two tabs and it lines up on screen, it's just the cover underneath the top half of the screen that's the issue for me, so I lost one screen protector and managed to install it perfectly on second except for the air bubbles that are stuck inside it even though I used all the tools provided and cleaning wipes ect. I will admit though this kit, It's better then any of the other screen protectors I have used or experienced in the past though, just hope it holds up well with prolonged usage, wet weather and movements.It's unfortunate that the one screen protector was lost due to a bungled first install. I wished that the instructions detailed that there was a cover under the one half of the screen that stops it from sticking. But on the whole I am impressed with the install. The plastic bracket that fits in USB slot is a godsend...

My flip screen started to lift in the crease so was going to take it in to get it fixed. Husband said he could fix it and ordered replacement screen from ebay. What a mistake cheap crap. So I set to finding something on Amazon, spent ages scrolling looking at feedback and details to ensure didn't make the same mistake.This was perfect, good quality and the tools made it easier for my husband to fix the new screen. Have had it on my screen for ,3 weeks now, no issues have used it on holiday took phone to the pool in temperature of 34 still good.

The adhesive is pretty weak and doesn't stay attached to the device.The instructions aren't clear and are unnecessarily confusing.

This will be the third screen protector replacement my Zflip3 has been through, the first two by samsung themselves, and finally this one which seems more premium!Samsung take approx 2 weeks to receive your phone, change the protector and return it, and they request you reset your phone to factory default. This takes 10 mins with the prep work and the installation, is cheaper, and does not require any SmartSwitch intervention..Installation was straight forward, and has a second protector if you make a big hash of the first one.

Really struggled to fit this. Good thing they sent 2 screen protectors as I messed up the 1st one.Great, once it's on.

This is great quality, simple and easy to fit. Phone looks as good as new.

On delivery, I scanned the QR code to learn the video had been taken down. I tried to go by the printed instructions, but they are inadequate, not even mentioning a second film that's removed as you push from the middle. Both were ruined as I wrestled with it.
