100% artificial flavoring and other chemicals! No coconut in it at all. Avoid Olive Nation. Their product photos intentionally do not show the ingredients. I checked some of their other products and was not surprised to see that the other products also do not show the actual ingredients. Need more chemicals in your body? Buy Olive Nation.

The flavor isn't especially strong, but it does taste like coconut. You might need to use 25-50% more than your recipe calls for. It's useful for enhancing the flavor in baked goods that contain coconut. However, note that this is not a TOASTED coconut flavor. It doesn't taste anything like the venerable McCormick imitation coconut extract that we all know so well. Don't consider it a replacement for that, and you won't be disappointed.
