Romp & Roost Oversized Play Yard with Removable Divider - Chevron

We have twin infants, currently 11 months old. We purchased the Romp and Roost for travel. We cannot co-sleep them in the same crib, because one or both would end up crying from pulled hair or something else common with twins.The Romp and Roost is absolutely perfect! It kept us from having to bring 2 different pack n plays onto the plane, put two things into the plane, find room for 2 units in the hotel room, etc. Instead we were able to bring a single play yard, and the mesh divider keeps the twins apart / but still giggling at one another.To top it off, I don't think we have EVER had such great customer service as we received with this unit. They have been responsive, caring, and attentive.Just a fantastic buy. We want all twin parents and parents of multiple young children to know how great it's been.

This is the most amazing playpen ever created! I bought this for my son. It's so spacious, sturdy and safe. I was gifted the same one after this purchase. The seller was very understanding in the return. I look forward in buying from the seller in future.

With the price we paid for this, I expected it to be in perfect condition but there was a quarter sized hole in the mesh panel. We ordered it so close to our vacation that we had no time to return and exchange which is unfortunate. The pad that goes on the bottom is also super uncomfortable. The first night it was okay, but as the babies shifted around at night the pad would bend up where it had been folded in the box. This meant the babies were laying on an uncomfortable, uneven surface. We had to go out and buy a mattress topper and cut it to size to put over the pad it comes with. The size is perfect, but everything else made this purchase not worth the price tag.

This is wonderful but you need lots of room for it. My twin granddaughters share it and have plenty of space.

My twins are 6 months and by far this has been my best purchase since finding out I was pregnant. I’ve told everyone about this and recommend it in the twin moms Facebook group. 5 thumbs up !

If you have room for a larger play yard I would definitely recommend buying this one. My grandchild has room to play with a lot of toys and can still walk around in it. They just don't make big play pins anymore. I love this one. You can also travel with it if necessary.

We purchased the Romp & Roost as our 10 month old twins have grown to big to use Rock and Play's and we wanted something in the living room where they can be comfortable but separate and if we travel we could travel with one item instead of two Pack and Play's. There is plenty of space for the two girls but I have one huge issue and that is the divider. It is mesh which is nice and it zips and snaps securely to the sides and bottom, but the issue is with the middle of the divider, it does not have any support to hold the mesh up. So both my girls like to mess with each other, both have pulled themselves up by the mesh and hung on it to try to get to the other side, so the mess has sagged in the middle. The bigger issue is that is has sagged enough that they can get half their body over the mesh, but then they get stuck, there is no leverage to pull all the way over or push themselves back. I am currently devising a solution that would support the mesh in the middle preventing the sag and giving them somthing solid that doesn't bend to hold onto. I would really like to see a solid support that connects to each side of the crib and attached to the top of the mesh. I have also considered contacting the manufacturer as I believe this could be a serious safety issue for a child. That's why I can't give 5 stars. Other then that, they nap soundly in this and I'm pretty sure I will come up with a solution to the mesh problem.

Perfect for twins! Our twins are currently 4 months old, so they have only slept in this playpen during day naps. We did have to add two 1" mattresses that came with our mini cribs. Placing two of these mattresses side by side are the perfect dimensions and added extra comfort (otherwise, the default base is kind of hard for the babies). This playpen is basic and stylish. It is oversized, but takes up less space then two individual playpens. We had contemplated for a long time whether we should get this vs two playpens for our babies. In the end, we opted for this because it takes up less space and would only require us to carry one playpen for travel purposes. Well made product.
