Kitchen Bliss, One Glide at a Time
We all have those Amazon wish lists that start as “just a few ideas” and somehow turn into a filing cabinet for every “someday” improvement we’ve ever dreamed of. One of my long-standing wish-list residents was a set of pull-out drawers for the kitchen cabinets. For years I swore, “Next house, I’ll finally get them!” Well, joke’s on me—the next house hasn’t happened. But crowded cabinets and my 5’2” height finally conspired to make me give in during the July Prime event. Let me just say: game changer. I installed all four I bought myself (instructions are refreshingly clear, just don’t forget to snap the trays securely onto the rails), and only required slightly longer screws for peace of mind. I know myself too well—if I hurt me, the cat, and the drawer all at once, I’d a) never forgive myself, b) never live it down, and c) most importantly the cats would be peeved (no one wants to live with a mad cat, much less more). The boxes arrived carefully packaged, the pieces were organized, and after a good recycling run for all the bags (minus the zipties, because let’s be real, those have a second life somewhere), the project was smooth sailing. Are they the Ikea of cabinet gadgets? Not at all. These drawers are sturdier, slide beautifully, and even survived my one “oops” moment when I managed to get a drawer stuck—but fixed it in under five minutes by popping it off pulling the lever sliding back in putting the drawers back on which is how I discovered the rails needed to snap on (not easy, but do able). No issues since. Now, instead of a bottom-cabinet jungle where cookie sheets, pans, and cutting boards go to hide, I’ve got elegant gliding drawers that let me grab what I need without climbing a step stool just to cook dinner. Do you lose a smidge of space? Sure, after all the frame does take up some room and you are confined to the parameter's setup by the design. But it’s a fair trade for an organized kitchen and no more bruised shins or toppled griddles. Final verdict: they aren’t 100% perfect, but they’re pretty close. Honestly, I only wish I’d bought them years ago. If Vevor makes the right sizes for my other cabinets, they might even become my next “happy birthday to me” present.

12" WIDE VEVOR Pull out organizer-Not 11" like heading description
Note that the description mistakenly indicates this item is 11"wide but it is 12" wide by 21" deep. I am only returning returning because it is 12" as is shown in the measurements photos. Be sure to measure the cabinet frame and hinge. My cabinet is 13-1/2" wide inside but measuring the frame and hinge it measures exactly 12" and because this pantry shelf frame bows out, the unit sadly wouldn't fit in the cabinet. I thought the directions included were straightforward but a couple of things 1) there are either too many of some screws and not enough of others. The screws aren't marked so I matched up according to instructions and separated out and put them in individuals cups to use as needed 2) the directions don't indicate this, but you need to install the side rails with the hook for the drawer up. I installed them all before I realized this and had to redo two of them. Someone with more experience at this may have noticed this. Otherwise, this seems to be a great unit. It comes with liners for the baskets, too. I would have ordered the next size down, but unfortunately, that would be too small for my cabinet. Good luck!

More features for less
I’ve been adding all the bells and whistles to my kitchen remodel and decided to buy this for my 11” wide lower cabinet. To be honest, part of my selection process was based on cost. This unit was about half what a rev a shelf would have cost. In other cabinets I had bought a variety of brands, mostly influenced by width. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, features, and ease of assembly of this, compared to the others. They were very straightforward to assemble and everything fit together. They also came with lots of extra screws. Other shelves don’t come with the ability to anchor the unit to the vertical cabinet wall. I like that feature because it reduces wobbling and allows a bit of leftover space for maybe a cookie sheet or cutting board. (Depicted in photos.) I like the plastic inserts to put in the bottoms. When the time comes, I plan to put them in the dishwasher. It came with divider bars, which are very cool, to subdivide each layer in whatever distances from each other I want. (See photos.) Then there’s the cost; easily $10-20 less than other brands for the same size. But the quality and features of this shelf exceed the others. My best advice is to carefully measure the inside width of your cabinet, considering the thickness of your hinges. In the photos you can see how this unit is installed in my frameless cabinets. We anchored it off to the non-hinge side and there’s enough space left to store something thin, like a cookie sheet. I like this slider so much, I ordered a 16” for my pantry. If it is anything like this 11”, I’m sure I’ll be thrilled. Finally, let’s not forget the humor. Check out the page of the instructions in the photos. Be sure to wear safety goggles and work gloves. LOL what. Is the thing going to explode? And don’t, under any circumstances be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication. Uh oh…

I have several of these and love what they have afforded me in terms of expanding storage and organization. Be careful when measuring, and allow for space around them. They are strong, and the dividers work great. They also come with shelf liners for those items that might fall through the shelves.
