Works well to remove makeup.
I love this cleansing balm. I think I’m currently on my 3rd tube. I like that I can squeeze it out of a tube rather than have to scrape it out of a tub like some balms, and I love the scent.I use this as a 1st stage cleanser to remove my makeup. I don’t wear a great deal of makeup, but it melts it all away, including mascara easily.I find that I then need a second cleanse from a face wash style cleanser to remove the remanence of the cleanser, but my skin is always left feeling fresh, and comfortable afterwards.I do have sensitive skin, and find that this cleanser is gentle enough for me but still gets the job done.I use this cleanser everyday and find that a tube lasts me quite a long time as I only need to use a little.

Like the product not the packaging
I really like the product and the formula for the cleansing balm, it melts into the skin and it rinses off easily without leaving a residue and leaves my skin soft. I've yet to use it as a moisturising mask but I can tell it'll probably be better than the no7 masks. My main issue is the packaging, it's not carpal tunnel friendly and I found it difficult to squeeze out use.

Skin couldn't be happier
I switched to this from a Lush product as it was getting too expensive. The weleda balm works even better, takes up less space in the shower, is easier to use and is half the price. Winner winner!It cleans really nicely but doesn't dry my skin out.

No aggressive chemicals
Very nice all round cleanser. Texture like a gel , non greasy . I apply with fingers, leave on for minute or so then remove with a damp warm muslin cloth. Leaves skin feeling fresh. Very good for sensitive skin.

Sticky
I normally love Weleda products but I don't find this nice to use. It's a bit sticky. And I'm not sure if it's cleansing off makeup and end up using another cleanser instead.
