GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! When installing one of the batteries to my EVC, one of the screws broke and was stuck in the battery. I called the number on the card that was in the box, and the young lady that I spoke with wasn't very nice at first, but I think she just didnt understand what I was trying to tell her. She thought a screw was missing. Once she understood, she was extremely nice and helpful and she sent me a new battery right away, and I didnt even have to send back the one with the broken screw in it! I was having to recharge my ECV 2-3 times a day in the theme parks, but with the new batteries, I went all day without having to recharge at all. Left the park with fully charged batteries after 12+ hours!!
