Rice kripies and marshmallow cakes
Melt 100g unsalted butter,140g bag pink and white marshmallows and 140g milk chocolate in a large saucepan. Once melted add 160g rice krispies, mix thoroughly and turn out onto a 22cm baking tray.Melt 250g of milk chocolate and pour over the top of the tray mixture.Let cool in the fridge for an hour and then cut into bit size pieces.Delicious.

Parcel contained 4 items, three were ok, but one was squashed and box and packet inside open. I ended up with loose Rice Krispies in packaging.
