Poor quality! The click-on click-off attachments do not stay-on. I had to use Duct tape to keep the attachment on. Also has very little power to even get the job done!

Everyone gets it whether it’s a lot or patches but I’ve had to use just my hand held for years and it makes it a miserable time doing it alone, with this I was able to get my whole back in maybe 2 mins and it was super easy and what I needed

So it’s not that it doesn’t work, it seems the teeth on this thing aren’t machined properly so when I’m cutting my back hair, it’s scraping my skin and it’s not the good feeling back scratching. It has occasionally pulled hair instead of cutting but not often.

Did the job intended for. These are more of a throw away trimmer. When the cutting head gets dull, there is no replacement. Battery held up through whole process. I will say it worked as well as my more expensive brand that finally died. Considering the price, I would buy another when this one fails.

I only used this 4 times and then the head broke off. The plastic tab in the inside of the trimmer head broke off when trying to replace it after cleaning.

The product is ready to use out of the box. Charge it, and it is ready to go. Easy to reach the upper and lower back to remove unsightly hair.
