Faulty product and still no refund
The product was faulty - the cars do not charge hence the whole product is unusable. I shipped the product back with the original packaging and the Return Amazon Label several days ago and it still shows pending return and no refund. Extremely disappointed with the product and the handling of the return. Please refund the item. I have the receipt of the return.

Needs new batteries
I purchased this mainly for the trackBut the cars do not hold chargeThey Didn't even make 1 lap of the track before it dies.So if you purchase thisBare in mind you prob will need new batteries as wellSoldering iron jobThey stopped making these in 2021 i do believe so could be old stock that's bin around a few years, hence why the batteries are no good.I hope this helps someone

Good But you may have to replace batteries.
Very good racing set my son loves it but , batteries may need replacing , the seller very kindly refunded me the cost of the batteries so it was well worth the money.

Cars do not hold their charge!
Left cars charging for ages but once my son started using them the cars were going flat within 2-3 minutes,tried multiple times but the same every time! Waste of time!You also have to download an app to play which cost £2.89. If you want to play 2 player..the other player has to download it aswell at another cost of £2.89!

Disappointed, not as described.
Concept of the product is fantastic. The batteries don't last longer than 30 secs highly disappointed as this was a birthday present for my son. Also there doesn't seem to be any free app associated with this product. I had to pay to download the app off playstore :(.... Sort these issues out and the product would be fantastic, just Sorley disappointed as I had expected more.

Amazing kit you won't be disappointed
Super high quality from Anki with wow factor when up and running. Hours of fun for kids and adults alike and expandable. The experience at the start of the race when all of the cars or trucks dash about by themselves and line up on the start line is a nice touch.

Batteries in cars are old and don’t hold charge.
The product has obviously sat in a warehouse for a few years and the batteries in the cars are completely dead. They won’t hold a charge and are completely unusable.

La voiture incluse est défectueuse
La voiture bleue incluse dans le set se déconnecte après deux tours. La voiture est complètement chargée mais le problème se répète tout le temps. Nous n'avons pas encore pu jouer une seule fois...

Muy divertido
Excelente producto y de buena calidad, el poder cambiar de carril y competir con hasta 4 autos es algo padrísimo, el único tema es qué hay que limpiarla constantemente para que los coches no salgan de su carril
