Bought for a bed ridden patient and was helpful in positioning them due to bed sores.

serves its purpose and is soft
For us, this is the one. We found that most wedges are unnecessarily severe. This one is soft and easy to sleep with. It works for us.

Preventive care
slip resistance and comfort provides increased compliance especially the ergonomic support. As my mother’s nurse and caregiver ,I recommend this off loading device, if your physician approves.

It's good just not for my back issues.
The pillow is a nice length and is medium firmness. Soft to the touch and could be an assest to nursing mothers.Although I tried different positions, it's just not firm enough (enter Goldilocks jokes here ☺️🐻). I have lumbar spondylosis and my L5 & S1 are broken, which makes a huge difference in how I align my spine while I sleep. The pillow kept slipping from under my hip & back. If you're looking for a pillow to prop up on while watching TV, this might work. I did not achieve lower back pain relief, which in retrospect may not be the products fault due to my unusual circumstance. I did end up returning the product.Good luck.

BEWARE: This pillow is a firm sponge. Great that it has grips to stop it from moving on the bed. Does the job, but just very uncomfortable firmness.

Perfect design
Purchases for my dad because he was bad ridden and had a really bad sore on his buttocks. This purchase gave him great relief would definitely recommend to anyone that is taking care of someone that is bed ridden. The quality was excellent and the pillow wasn’t too hard and it was comfortable with having that little curve for my dad to get relief where he needed it. The fabric was nice and soft and easy to wipe and clean. This pillow helped me and my mom care for my dad and make him as comfortable as possible.

Great Pillow for Repositioning
I am largely bedbound and I develop pressure wounds on my backside. The width and shape of this pillow allow me to easily shift so that I can lay on the hip, instead of my back. I like that it has a texture on the bottom side because it helps keep the pillow in place, unlike some other pillows I have tried.
