So these are really good when they work, but it seems like they work a lot better depending on what you eat/drink, and your sleep. I’m going to compare to caffeine/coffee.Coffee works regardless of what you eat, or how much you sleep. These kinda interact with those differently. I don’t necessarily think that’s bad, but it’s definitely a bonus for caffeine. These definitely seem to work best if you eat something with a fair amount of calories, and it’s probably because they boost metabolism.So they’re great when you eat breakfast, for example. But if you’re intermittent fasting, their effectiveness seems decreased. Maybe that’s not true for longer fasts, but skipping breakfast (doing the 8:16 fast roughly) seems to mess with their effectiveness a fair bit. Coffee doesn’t (I’d usually do coffee with only stevia). That’s not necessarily bad, but something to note.On the sleep aspect, I haven’t figured that out. But it seems like it works less well when you didn’t get ideal sleep. But I haven’t noticed it super consistently. Sometimes it works well with crappy sleep, sometimes it doesn’t. So maybe it depends on something like one’s amount of REM sleep. But, again, your mileage may vary.I can’t definitively say I would or wouldn’t recommend. But if you’re looking for something like this, it’s probably worth a try!

I didn't find a huge increase in my energy level, I usually take two capsules in mid morning, and one capsule in mid afternoon. Instruction on the bottle said take 1-2 capsules, three a day, if you take the maximum recommended dosage, the bottle will only last 10 days.One thing I like about this RaDoTech - EnergyTune Energy Supplements is that it is herbal based. So I can take this and still take my usual vitamins.This supplement is vegan friendly, manufactured in Estonia. Shelf life is two years. However, the expiry date of my bottle is only eight months from when I receive it.

I was Unfamiliar with many of these natural ingredients. However, I'm highly allergic to goldenrod, and inclusion of that ingredient jarred me! There are 60 tablets in one bottle. Dosage is 1-2 tablets, 3 times a day. That means that you'd use 3-6 tablets a day. Therefore one bottle would last10- 20 days. At $40. per bottle, that's pretty pricey, for ingredients that I am unsure of. I will not be taking these pills due to the goldenrod ingredient. It may work for others, just doesn't make sense for me.This is one of those products that may work really well for some people. However, I feel that there are other options online that would serve me better. Before you order, take a good look at the ingredient list in the online photos.Product made in Talinn, Estonia

Like most people my age (40 something), I struggle to find extra energy to get me through the day. Enter EnergyTune. I was skeptical at first, but figured what harm could they do. I looked over the ingredients and did some google research and everything looked good. The pills themselves are easy to swallow, and have a sweet and fresh smell.I took a single pill with lunch. Now, I wasn't expecting any miracle energy boost, or instant spike like with coffee which I usually end up crashing from later in the day. What I did notice is a more steady level of energy for the rest of the day. I thought that it could have just been a coincidence, but I had the same result the following day as well. I forgot to take EnergyTune on the 3rd day, and felt my energy level decline throughout the day like a normal day before taking EnergyTune. Time will tell, but so far EnergyTune seem to be working for me.

First thing to keep in mind is this RaDoTech - EnergyTune Energy Supplements is not at all like coffee or an "energy drink" (loaded with caffeine and sugar) that give you an immediate boost of jittery energy.But it does work gradually to give you a lil more energy throughout the day, and def helps in preventing/minimizing the afternoon slumps.I pill once or twice a day works well for me....but I would note that this supplement seems to react with certain foods and/or other supplements, andlose some of its effect.But overall recommended.
