I am fitting it to an outside lamp to replace a pir. The concept is excellent, one should not have to stand in a particular place to switch the light on. And it will not switch itself off unexepectedly. But why not make the relay waerproof?

Child friendly external light switch.
Peace of mind solution for our external spa lighting. The fob RF control keeps wet fingers away from the "waterproof" external switch. Spare fob means you don't need to go back outside if the lights are left on!

Not working at stated distance.
The product works but by no means at the distance stated. Maximum of 10 metres for me. I need it to work at 3 times this range. Shame. 😔
