Shirts works great. Emits and odor if not washed daily. Not a top recommendation for a workout unless you want to do laundry daily.

Holy hell. Wore it to yoga. Looked ridiculous but lost 7 lbs of water in one class order larger than you normally wear.

This is without a doubt the worst purchase on Amazon I’ve ever made. I purposely bought a size up because I knew they’d run small. I bought a 3x and this fits like a LARGE. Would give this a 0/5 if I could.
