This is a great addition to any wedding party luggage. I take 2 before drinking, within reason, and suffer not the next day. If you take it before you drink, you will feel less effects from drinking. If you take it once your done for the night, it helps protect the liver and process the toxins that'll make the next day crap.

Great quality DHM at a great price. Only 2 suggestions: add perperine and perhaps an option for a higher dose per capsule.

If you're looking at this product then you already know what it is for. This is as good or better than any other DHM product out there, but also a much more affordable option for a long time consumer as myself.

DHM is typically used for hangovers. I read it has has a ton of other benefits as well; antioxidant, anti inflammatory, good for exercise and endurance, and liver protection. I was interested in trying DHM after reading about it online. This has a six month supply at two capsules per day, or 365 capsules. Its 100% Vine Tea extract. I haven't taken this supplement long enough to tell you how well it works, just over two weeks now. However, I do plan to revisit this review once I've had six months to take it. I haven't had any ill effects from it. The product itself is packaged really well and is made in the Utah. The supplement has a very mild smell, almost like flour. It's very interesting to try DHM for better health!
