Living in a flat with no garden I got sick of having a clothes airer out so much of the time. It’s got more settings than anyone could ever want but is easy to program. Adjusts the washing time depending on how much you put in it. Very quiet (the spinner obviously makes some noise but far quieter than my old one). Can’t really hear it unless I’m stood in the kitchen. They try to upsell the extended warranty quite hard but as it’s a premium item I hope it will last far longer that the 2 year free one, and if you do buy the extended one you’ll have paid the price of replacing it two years into the extended warranty.

The machine is great so far, very easy to install. Loads of different settings and fully electronic. The delivery men were great,as they carried it into the house! Other retailers charge significantly extra for this service. An excellent buying experience.

The media could not be loaded. I have tried and tried adjusting the machines fit pads,The trepidation never stopped!It also made a huge noise regardless of The load.Don’t recommend it

I am happy with this machine, my third from AEG. Amazon service guys were great, they arrived on time, unpacked new machine and took away old machine very efficiently.Positives- not too loud even on 1600 rpm spin- gets everything clean- lots of quick wash/smaller load options- settings mostly intuitive- pods feature seems to be a neat innovation if you use pods- cheaper than my previous very similar machine which was also A-ratedNegatives- an unpleasant odour when the machine was new, despite running an empty Cottons 95oC programme as per the instructions, took several wash cycles to clear, and there remains a tendency towards mustiness if it has not been used for a few days- 'dry only' settings take a bit of figuring out, you have to press the button *twice* and there seems to be no way of setting a timer for how long you want the dryer to run, the machine decides how long its going to take and that's that- the timings for each wash setting are misleading as the 'prosense' feature kicks in and changes the duration of the wash only after the programme has started, thus you discover that a basic full load of cottons at 40oC takes ----- forever- 'eco' setting does not allow you to reduce wash temp to 30oC- no smart app connectivity (personally I did not want this feature, but a lot of other machines come with it)

The media could not be loaded. Lovely design and features, cleans and drys well, but unhappy with clocking noise I do not understand when it is brand new.I've also had to change the filter after each use as noticed it's full of water. Maybe installation? Please contact

The problem with this product, which I had to return is basically it’s over engineered and overly complicated which to be honest that’s not what people want in the washer dryer people look for simplicity this is my personal opinion I just wish the machine met my expectations otherwise I definitely would’ve kept it

I’ve never seen in my life such an extreme creasing of laundry. The machine is advertised to leave an effect of ironing and flattening when washing and drying is done. It does the opposite. The steaming function doesn’t make it any better. Very disappointed.
