I didn't have any problems with these. Also, I didn't have any trouble swallowing these pills. I have been a fan of desiccated liver since I was a kid, so the slight beefy smell doesn't bother me at all. I take it for the iron and vitamin B. Would recommend.

I stopped taking a multivitamin out of concern for the bioavailability of the chemical vitamins for my body. Have you read the ingredient panel of your multi? I have, and it's a horror novel.
