Q: Size chart says xl @ 40 - 42 inches but product description says xl @ 38-4o inches. does anyone know which is the correct one for xl please?

Im a 38 inch bought xl and they are perfect if they do an xxl thats the one you want as they would be tight on a 40

Yes they do have metal eyelets on the draw cord, but tell your husband not to worry usually with an MRI scan you wear a medical gown, and the staff will make sure he is in no danger. tell him from me I hope there is only good news from his scan. Terence.M .Fineran
