Low adhesion, certainly not permanent
I spent a lot of time cutting this product only to realise it doesn’t stick very well despite the surface being well prepped. Very disappointed. If I were selling this, I would not advertise it as permanent let alone outdoor, it’d probably blow off with a light breeze.
