I am very happy with this electrolyte powder. I was sick of buying them at Walmart with sucralose. This is a little more expensive, but it was the best price I could find per ounce without any artificial sweeteners. It is not very sweet, it's stronger on the lemon, but it tastes natural to me. I mix it with Miralax sometimes so that the Miralax doesn't give me hyponatremia, and now I can barely taste the Miralax, which I think is disgusting and tastes like plastic. Nothing else has masked that taste for me! I also love it with just water for workouts. I'm never in the mood for sweet water after a workout so this is perfect. If you let it sit, you do have to stir it or shake it every now and then. When I'm done, there will be a tiny amount of powder that didn't dissolve, but I've never found electrolytes where that wasn't the case. The only improvement would be to include a measuring spoon. I don't have a 2/3 tsp measuring spoon so I just use a little more than a half tsp.

It's a hot day... this are sweating... I won't name them... but you are looking to replace the electrolytes that you lost from sweating... buy this. It has great ingredients and taste good. If I had to explain the taste, it somewhat taste like the water you have at weddings and they have a lemon or two sitting in the water dispenser. Yup, it's decent. The only issue I have is sometimes it doesn't dissolve and it sits on the bottom and is gritty toward the end when I'm about to finish my shaker bottle. But... that happens with alot of supplements. I will be buying this again.

Good price, taste is very mild but what's there is pleasant. Does not dissolve completely; always have small amount of residual product in the bottom of my bottle if not constantly shaking before sipping.

I personally really like this electrolyte powder, however, there are aspects to be aware of. Compared to other electrolyte powders, this will sour your bottle pretty quickly if you're not cleaning regularly. It also does not disintegrate well. Oddly though, that is actually one of the reasons I do like it. I may be wrong about this, but the quick souring of the bottle tells me there are minimal preservatives compared to other powders. Also, not dissolving makes me think the ingredients are more pure rather than highly processed. I could be wrong on both, but in researching over time that's what I'm led to believe at least. I think the taste is good as well, so I would definitely purchase again. But if you're not up for the maintenance of your bottle, might not be the product for you.

Stay away from. Chalky, bland tasting, diarrhea giving powder. For the price. You get what you pay for. Solubility doesn't mix well. Doesn't come with a scoop. I guess thats a way to cut pricing down. People defending this electrolyte powder USE WARM OR HOT WATER. Common sense, I don't want to drink hot water when I'm dehydrated from a hike or gym. Taste, one flavor, lemon. Ummm idk about lemon tasting. Its more like powder flavor and a hint of lemon. Chalky mix. Always shake before drinking. Would i recommend, no. Saw this pop up when I was about to order some from the store and thought why not? That was a bad decision. Effectiveness, I gave me diarrhea 5 out of 5 times I drank it.

The taste isn't the greatest. Lemon-lime is one of the most neutral flavors you can get so I understand why that flavor was chosen, but it's pretty lackluster. For me the worst is the fact that this really does not dissolve. I mix everything up the night before work so in the AM I can just grab my items and head into work. I added a shaker ball to my shaker bottle and really shook this up the night before. The next morning, you'd think I didn't shake it at all. The powder was all congealed on the bottom of the bottle and no amount of shaking was loosening up the residue. My coworkers were getting irritated with me b/c I kept shaking my bottle in the hopes of getting the powder to loosen and actually dissolve! I know I didn't get the amount of electrolytes I was supposed to that day! Hard pass.

I was looking for a hydration powder and read lots of reviews before choosing this one. There will always be the negative comments, but overall I think this is a very good product. The suggestion of using a bit of hot water to dissolve the powder was a good one. I personally don’t care if there’s a little left on the bottom, I just swirl it around and drink it down. There were mixed reviews regarding the taste. Again, I like the taste. I guess you could add a little more powder for a boost of flavor or maybe some crystal light or something. However, I think it’s fine with the suggested serving amount. It’s a great value for the money and I would recommend to anyone looking for an electrolyte powder supplement.

Great flavor and price. Does not dissolve though. Makes it undrinkable. What doesnt clump up in the bottom is drank as clumps
