Love the sound quality. Love the surround. When I can find good programme material, love the Atmos. I tracked the price until it dipped below £600 and then jumped. Very easy to set up.My TV is a Samsung series 7000 which only has the basic ARC so playing the apps from the tv like Netflix, Prime, etc, you only ever get surround but not atmos.I’ve hooked up my Apple TV 4K directly by HDMI instead and get the full gamut of what this system is capable of. The sound bar feeds the visuals back to the TV.My turntable with a Bluetooth sender sounds fantastic through this. Faking the surround sound a live album sounds ridiculously good with the crowd noise appearing to come from all around!The only issue is that the subwoofer is really meaty and for the sake of my neighbours I have it set to -12dB nearly all the time.Connecting to rear speakers, piece of cake. Remote excellent. Setting individual speakers level, width, height.. easy. I wish it played test tones so you could calibrate like other systems I have owned.It goes really loud!!!Happy customer.

Once I set it up & could hear the wide stereo, I was blown away. Realistic sound & the clarity is beyond my expectations. Heavy sub-woofer & heavy speakers which is the quality.I previously paid up to £200 for a soundbar but there was a boxiness to the sound, this is beyond all budget models.It's a 2023 model which was nearly £700 now it's on sale for £550 and well worth the money.Very happy chap.

At first, when I set this up, it sounded good, but not as great as I had hoped. I struggled a bit with the clarity of the instructions and I was using the remote to adjust the settings.I posted a question on here on to how to increase the volume level of the rear satellite speakers and kind owners suggested I downloaded the app. Well...I don't know why I didn't think of the app before but the level of control I now have has transformed the sound. It is incredible!My living room is a small to average 7M to 5M and the liquid sound just floods the room. The app helped me to get the rear speakers to the correct level, adjust bass levels and loads more.As well as this, the soundbar is now an extra Alexa device. Ask it to play a piece of your favourite music or your playlist and listen to the amazing acoustics that I guarantee you have not heard before! This was a feature on the sound bar that I glanced over, but boy, the music quality that this can produce is beautiful! It also support Spotify accounts.A word of caution - If you live in a semi-detached, have consideration for the neighbours, it packs a punch at only 40% volume, last thing I want is to have the neighbours knocking on my door as the deep bass vibrations thud through the walls and the floors into their home!Another point to mention - the satellite speakers are quite big and very heavy. I bought stands for them that are just about adequate. I only needed one stand as the other speaker is on a waist high console table. But get a sturdy stand for these bad boys as they are weighty and top heavy.At £600+ this is amazing value for money.5 STARS and more!Enjoy.

The sound bar and rear speakers produce a very pleasing sound. Very easy to install and all worked from the Sky Q remote like a dream. Delivery prompt and on time. Happy to recommend to anybody.

Cant say anything bad about this the build quality is first class and its so easy to set up and install, even has a handy template for all mounting. And then there is the sound quality its so nice being able to hear whats being said above background music or effects without having the volume blasting out the same can be said for the channel separation you can appreciate the surround sound at even low volumes.

These speakers are pretty good. The only lacking feature is the rear speakers are just way too quiet.I know this is intended, and audiophiles will look down on this comment - but I'd love the ability to crank them up higher than they currently are limited to.Bass is nice, connectivity is nice, eARC is nice, hooked up to my LG TV no problem.I had bought from Amazon, but ended up returning the unit due to being faulty. Bought again at Currys.

I opted for this model as opposed to the q990c mainly for the aesthetics (it only just fits on my TV stand; the q990c would overhang). I can say I'm not disappointed. The sound is very impressive (coming from a dated but decent Sony home theatre stand).Atmos sounds great and very convincing (Ghost of Tsushima on PS5) and apple TV+The basic setup is straight forward but finding the correct content on the correct apps is a little more challenging:Apple TV+ and Disney seem to have the most content in atmos but this is also device dependant- ie Apple TV seems to provide atmos on most devices I have access to - fire TV stick, PS5, LG TV app (using the ARC port on an LG B7 - yeah, I know! A 7 year old TV!) And a Humax Aura plugged directly into the bypass HDMI port on the Q930 soundbar.Disney, however will play atmos from the firestick, PS5 and TV app but not from the Humax Aura. Netflix also seems to work fine on everything, although the Netflix app is STILL NOT available on the Aura for some bizarre reason.I would definitely recommend this and lthough I haven't done a side by side comparison with the Q990c, I have listened to one and would guess that it would sound a bit snappier/punchier (are these adjectives even quantifiable with sound?? - rhetorical) but I think you really would have to have the Q990c right next to the Q930c to be able to really discern the difference - and the Q990c is £400 dearer (and 10cm wider!)

Next level premium sound, without this you are missing half the TV show or film but you will need stands for rear speakers for optimum positioning
